Broccoli AI True friends and mentors from Day 0

I first met Kushal back in 2020 when he was running First Cheque and I was building my first startup, Edmad. At the time, he didn’t sugarcoat things—he advised me to shut it down and focus on something else. It was hard to hear, but it was the right call, and I respected him for making time to give me that clarity.

When my cofounder and I later joined Y Combinator, the relationship we’d built led us to bring All In Capital into our post-YC round. Back then, we were building Telematica, and over the next two years, the partners were a steady sounding board. We’d brainstorm business models, and they even helped us bring early angels on board—like Srini Rai from Big Basket.

When we decided to pivot to what is now Broccoli AI, All In was super supportive. They gave us the space to build what we wanted to and when we were ready - They helped open doors to investors, connected us with potential strategic partners, and helped us navigate the fundraise with patience and precision.

All In Capital wasn’t just an investor - they were the ones making introductions, pressure-testing our thinking, and making sure we had the right people in our corner.

Building Broccoli AI has meant constant evolution. Having investors who understand that journey, who balance conviction with hands-on support, is rare. If you’re a founder looking for more than capital—someone who will tell you the hard truths, stick with you through pivots, and celebrate the wins—All In Capital should be your first call.
